Eustis has so much to do for people that like outdoor activities.  Fern Park, located shoreside of Lake Eustis, features recreational activities such as year-round swimming in the two pools at the Aquatic Center, the city owned facility that has all kinds of swimming classes for all ages.  The Alice McClelland Memorial bandshell, also located in the park, offers a variety of entertainment, it's one of only two in the state and is on the National Register of Historic Places along with the Palms House. 

If you are a boater, you will find Lake Eustis a great place to spend the weekends fishing, swimming or just relaxing under the Florida sun.

Lake Eustis Boat Club founded in 1953 has sailing clinics, club racing and junior sailing. 

The Lake Eustis Walk is another great park feature.  This quarter mile long paved walk is used for jogging, fishing, relaxing under a gazebo or reading a good book on a park bench.  It's also the location of 20 boat slips to choose from.
