Ashton is a gated community and is located off of Hunters Creek Blvd. on Lake Calabay. This intimate community of 34 home sites has a population of less than 100 residents. Development began in 1996 and the community was completed in 1997. The Ashton community in Hunters Creek is the only community that is completely fenced in. Ashton has 4 and 5 bedroom homes, many with screened-in pools.
Braddock Oaks is located at the western end of Hunters Creek off of Town Center Blvd. across from the Vistas. Braddock Oaks was built by Engle homes between 1997-2000 and consists of 111 single family homes. Homes in Braddock Oaks range from 4 and 5 bedrooms with Square footages from 2300 to 4000+.
Calabay Cove is a gated community that features 104 homes surrounded by conservation areas, lakes with fountains and tranquil ponds. Calabay Cove is located off of Hunters Creek Blvd. west of John Young Pkwy. Homes were built between 1993-1998 and range from 3 to 5 bedrooms with square footages from 2300 to 4000+.
Carringtion is located on Town Center Blvd. west of John Young Parkway. Carrington consists of 106 homes built between 1995- 1998. The community features many lakefront homes and a parking lot for visitors.
Casa Vista is located in the Vistas off of Hunters Creek Blvd west of John Young Parkway. Casa Vistas features 180 homes built between 1999-2001. The community is a short walking distance to Vista Park which is one of Hunters Creek's largest parks.
Chalfont is a quaint community with 163 homes. The main entrance is located off of Town Loop Blvd. on the Northwest side of Hunters Creek. Many of Chalfonts homes back up to the Shingle Creek conservation area, providing residents with beautiful views of the lush landscape.
Chelsea Landing is comprised of 90 homes on the west side of Hunters Creek. The community is within walking distance to the elementary and middle schools and Osprey Park. This quaint neighborhood has two entrances, one located off of Town Center Blvd. and the second off of Town Loop Blvd. both west of John Young Parkway. Homes were built between 1993-1998.
Cypress Pointe is a small community of 94 Palm Beach style homes built by Pulte and Olympia builders between 1990-1993. The community has only two streets running through it, making this a quaint community. Residents enjoy the beautiful lake in the center of the community along with a bike and walking trail that leads to the shopping center and elementary school. Cypress Point is located on the north side of Hunters Creek just west of John Young Pkwy.
Devlin Green is a gated community with 151 homes surrounded by the Hunters Creek Golf course and two breathtaking ponds. The beautiful long entrance way is between the 15th and 16th holes of the golf course. Many of the homes in Devlin Green back onto the golf course and/or water views. Devlin Green is located between John Young Pkwy and Orange Blossom Trail.
Eagles Landing consists of 132 home sites making this community the second largest in Hunters Creek. Eagles Landing was the first neighborhood in Hunters Creek with construction beginning in 1986 and completed in 1989. Surrounding the subdivision is Eagle Lake and 9 other smaller ponds. Approximately 50 homes back up to Eagles Lake. Just outside Eagles Landing is Eagle Park which features basketball, tennis and racquetball courts along with a children's playground, and a fishing dock to enjoy at your leisure.
The Fairways is a gated community of custom built homes located off of John Young Pkwy. These home sites are surrounded by several lakes and the Hunters Creek golf course, which adds to the charm of this beautiful community. This community was developed between 1989 and 1996 and consists of homes with 3-6 bedrooms, 2-3 car garages and many with a pool.
Falcon Pointe is one of Hunters Creek's largest communities with over 160 homes. The community features two large lakes where residents are able to go boating and fishing. There are also 3 smaller ponds, which add to the ambiance of this community. Falcon Pointe is located just outside Mallard Park, which offers tennis, basketball, sand volleyball, a children's park and jogging trails.
Flora Vista is one of Hunters Creek's newest developments. This community was built between 2001 and 2003. The community consists of 224 homes with 4-6 bedrooms that sit on a lake or conservation lot. Flora Vista is located off of Hunters Vista Blvd. and is north of Town Center.
Foxhaven is a community of 137 homes located on the 5th hole on the Hunters Creek golf course. This friendly community is located just off of Hunters Creek Blvd. between Orange Blossom Trail and John Young Pkwy. Foxhaven features 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes ranging in sizes from 1,200 to 1,900 square feet.
The community of Glenhurst consists of 164 distinctive homes ranging between 3-5 bedrooms with sq. ft. from 1,800-3,500. The community was developed in 1991 and completed in 1996. Residents in Glenhurst have pride in ownership and are continually working toward keeping the community as beautiful as when it first opened. The beautiful pond with fountain at the west entrance adds to the charm. Glenhurst is located on the south side of Town Center Blvd. just west of John Young Pkwy.
Heather Glenn is a community of 75 homes surrounded by 3 nice-sized ponds and a conservation area. Heather Glen homes consist of 3-4 bedrooms and range from 2,300-3,200 square feet. The community broke ground in 1996 and was completed 2 years later. Heather Glen is located within walking distance to the Hunters Creek middle school.
Hunters Isle is a beautiful gated community of custom built homes by some of Orlando's finest builders. The community features 2 lakes, a small conservation area park and water fountains. Most of these elegant homes have lake views and are maintained with the highest of standards. Hunters Isle consists of 92 home sites with 3-6 bedrooms and between 2,300 to 4,900 sq. ft. Hunters Isle was built between 1990 and 1999. One special feature of Hunters Isle is the annual block party held by the homeowners.
Keatons Crest consists of 129 home sites ranging in size. The homes in Keatons Crest are surround by a large pond. The community has a natural forest that borders the west side, making this community a peaceful place.
Mallard Cove's lakes and conservation areas make this a highly sought after community, which consists of 182 home sites conveniently located between John Young Pkwy. and Orange Blossom Trail on Town Center Blvd. The childrens playground located near the community entrance is a nice feature.
Mar Vista also known as the Vistas is located in the western section of Hunters Creek. This quaint community is conveniently located just outside Vista Park. The neighborhood consists of 4-5 bedroom homes ranging from 2,000-3,500 sq. ft.
Montara is the smallest neighborhood within Hunters Creek and all 24 homes have water views. This quiet, tranquil community is surrounded by Lake Calabay and also has a small pond near its entrance. Montara is located west of John Young Pkwy on Hunters Creek Blvd.

Generous (but well-bunkered) wavy greens, wooden bridges and ample, tree-lined fairways give Hunter's Creek a pleasant country feel. When this course was crafted from flat, cattle-grazing land, golf architect Lloyd Clifton decided to add diversity with plenty of water. Thus, 13 lakes were created and water comes into play on 13 holes.
